What’s poison for one man may be another man’s food. My friend had just returned from a trip to Bangkok with his wife and a couple and was showing me his ‘buggy’ pictures in ChaTuChak (Jatujak; Thai: ???????)) weekend market in Bangkok. I’m quite certain that you would need no diet pill after seeing those bugs for sale! I’m not sure how many visitors have bagged some just to try out how they taste like but I don’t think I’ll be trying any of them.

Chatuchak market is adjacent to the Kamphaengphet station (MRT) of the Bangkok Metro, or about a 5-minute walk from the Mo Chit (??????) Skytrain (BTS) station and Suan Chatuchak(Chatuchak Park) station(MRT). Most stalls only open on Saturdays and Sundays. The market offers a wide variety of products including household items, clothing, Thai handicrafts, religious artifacts, collectibles, foods, and live animals.
