I was checking out some Singapore hotels who are offering cheap accommodation rates after reading that many hotels are offering free night stay during the Great Singapore Sale. Some of the good and affordable hotels to stay in Singapore include Grand Park City Hall, Elizabeth Hotel, Marina Mandarin, Orchard Hotel and Citadines Apartments at Wilkie Road, to name a few. Personally, I like the ideal location of Fairmont Hotel and Swissotel but it can be a little pricey. For good location and better affordability, Carlton Hotel is a good choice. Even though some travelers’ reviews aren’t so favourable, I haven’t had any issues with this hotel after staying there for a few occasions. Plus, the Chinese restaurant serves good tim sum.
