Health matters alot to me and I’ve always be very keen to find alternative health solutions for myself all these years. So when I learn that I’ll be residing in australia, I know that I’ll have more options in regards to the area of natural health. Natural health is a big thing here.

I started my journey in natural health few years ago and it all began with a colon cleanse recommended by a friend. After years of following a health regime, I can see an improvement in many areas of my health and I am thankful for that. This year, I purpose to do more outdoor activities and desire better health the year round around. I’m still working to improve my stamina and with more opportunities to get out there in the park, I know things are looking good.

This weekend, we may be heading to Burleigh Heads for the beautiful beaches in the sun. Now I’m just praying for good weather as it’s been lots of rain lately. Burleigh Heads is such a great place to unwind and relax and the waters are beautiful!

Quality of life matters to lots of people and I’m one of them.

In the last few weeks i have been enjoying the great outdoors that many Aussies enjoy and the lifestyle is one that I have longed for for years. Some people think it’s too quiet and boring but it’s not so for me. Few days ago, I went for a walk in the park and there was a section where dog owners teach dog training tricks in the area. It’s a designated place for dogs and I thought it was nice.

While others think less of the quietness, i think highly of it and treasure it every moment.

These days, the phone has become more than a device that makes and receive phone calls.

Whenever I’m out and about, I see people using their smart phones for photo taking, sending emails, taking down notes, reading news and playing games. From iPhones to blackberry torch, there are so many different phone options out there and they can do more than just making phone calls. I’ve been a smart phone user for years and it’s hard not to have my phone with me wherever I am.

Sometimes I wonder where will technology takes us. Maybe someday, we will communication with a chip in our hand instead of carrying anything physical!

After being here in Brisbane for a few weeks, we had done so much. Last week, we spent four nights and it was a good break despite the many days of rain.

Once our container arrives and I’m done with all the packing, it’s time to look at some online degree programs for my upgrading purposes. I’ve alway want to pick up a study in natural health and Australia is a good place to learn. With so many courses out there I must decide what’s suitable for me and what works best for my interest.

In the next few weeks, I hope to visit the sunshine coast when the weather clears up.

It was a quiet christmas for us this year as we celebrate it in down under. Everyone we knows seems to be away for vacations and so we decide to have a simple family christmas.

We enjoyed shopping in the malls the last few days as we witnessed how people stocked up for their giftings for this season. There are lots of Gourmet Food Baskets for sale and they make great gifts if you are visiting a friend or if you are invited to a Christmas party. It also looks like a great gift since they are packed nicely in a basket.

I’m sure most of you are busy eating and feasting this Christmas. So enjoy and relax and have a wonderful celebration.

I can’t wait to visit the beaches now that I’m in Brisbane. I used to come here as a visitor where I visit beaches and enjoy the Queensland sun but now, things are different.

We have been busy with finding a place and settling some important stuff. In the last few days, we’ve been shopping around for laserjet 3550 for our home office and getting a phone line for each of us. It has been daunting with the registration process as the credit checks here are pretty stringent. Having a room with a river apartment is nice as we wake up to an open view. I thought I would better enjoy this before I move to a townhouse in the suburb without a view! We’ll be viewing some houses this week and it would be great to find one with a nice park or open space view.

For now, it’s more adjustments to a new culture and a new place. It’s nice to finally touch down in Brissy.

After all the tiresome days of packing, the movers were here and we managed to finish all the clearance in time. I’m so glad that we can now check in to the Garden residences for a few nights before heading for down under.

I have a couple more days to do my shopping and catching up with friends before the final move on friday. As the residence has cable internet, I can do some online work and manage to read up some acne treatment reviews

It’s good to know that I have a clean room to sleep from now on before the next busy period in a few days’ time. Things are just looking so good.

It has a very busy month for us as we prepare ourselves for the big move next week.

We won’t be traveling for the next one year or overseas except within Australia. It may be a great opportunity to explore and get to know the country better during this curfew period.

Recently we bought a vertebrae stretcher and somehow i was told that it has many health benefits. Other than strengthening the spine, it can enhance the posture and my therapist even suggests that it can be a natural male enhancement device! That was funny.

We’ll be bringing that with us to oz and hopefully that can ease my tired back from all the packing.

We are in the midst of packing up for our big move due in December and the house is now in a mess. I’m excited to move to a new country and it’s going to be a good change.

As we prepare for the move, I’ve already booked ourselves to a serviced apartment for the first two weeks. After my research, it seems that kangaroo Point is a better place to stay than the city. With just a ferry ride to the city, it can’t be more convenient than this. I like the fact that it’s near the riverbank and we can take family strolls together. Brisbane has a nice river leading to Southbank and it would be nice for our little boy.

At this point, it’s hard to think about work and business but we’ll have to take a good look at it once we settle down. If you want to know more about wealth program, click here. Let’s hope that it won’t be too hard finding a place to rent at the southside when the time comes.
