Some of my close friends had just returned from their group vacation from Club Med Phuket few days ago. We were completely envious! If only we are not this busy, we would join all four families for this fun-filled vacation. Not only did they manage to get cheap flights to Phuket, they grabbed a good package during a travel fair. With 10 kids and 4 couples, it is hard not to have fun, is it? I only wish we can be part of the fun and that our little 4 year old can ‘party’ with the rest of the kiddos. Well, I can only look forward to another mega family cum group vacation next year. Hopefully, we won’t be that busy during those travel promotions!

This morning, I woke reminiscing the excellent moments we had during our last family vacation to Hawaii. Six months had passed and every time we ran through the videos with our preschooler, I would be reminded of the golden sunsets at Waikiki and the superb ocean views from our room. This must be one of our best vacations! Though my other half still complain and nag every now and then about my shopping indulgence and splurge, I know he had a lovely time himself too. Perhaps you are planning to reward your kids on a fun filled vacation this coming summer. We are finally home after being away for almost a month. This is one of the best trips we had and looking back, I am thankful that our 3 year old has been a reasonably good traveler. If you are familiar with traveling with a toddler, you know that nothing is perfect and you must expect melt-downs, cranky moments, stressful situations…etc. But with a little planning and patience, these negative responses can be minimized.
