Searching for Best Accommodation Deals Online 0

Posted on August 24, 2010 by dorisch

One of the best ways to find best accommodation deals is to surf the web and make good use of the search engine. I began using online travel booking services few years ago and I enjoy this flexibility.

When you book a hotel or an accommodation online, you need to have an idea of what you want. So the best site to get started is Trip Advisor where you can read reviews and learn more about what travelers say about their experiences with the accommodation. From there, you can then do your own research and find the best accommodation deals to suit your budget.

Whether you are looking for homestay, bed and breakfast or perhaps. Outer Banks homes Trip Advisor presents information that assist travelers in making the best choices. Sometimes, you may need to go to the forum and ask questions if you are unsure of anything and this is one of the best places to get unbiased answers.

Looking Forward to Bali 0

Posted on August 24, 2010 by dorisch

I haven’t been sitting in front of the computer for a few days after my lasik surgery. I had planned this before all the Asia escapes and vacations which are set to begin this Friday.

It has been very busy for me with the house being put in the market and it’s tiring entertaining buyers and showing them around. We are off th Bali this Friday and I’m excited to see how Bali has transformed in the last ten years. We have heard reports of the change but it’s altogether different to experience it. Many luxury villas and developments had sprung up in Bali in the last many years and a friend of mine in the asset based lending was telling me that many foreign investors had contributed to the Bali economy. Many of the villas were owned by foreigners and this had caused the city to come alive.

I look forward to relax in my villa, catch up with some reading and do things with my family. Bali, here we come!

Heading to Bali Next Week 0

Posted on August 17, 2010 by dorisch

In one week’s time, I’m off to Bali and I’m so excited about visiting this exotic country again. In the past, it used to be easy to find cheap accommodation rates in Bali but things have changed since.

I was advised to buy a prepaid SIM card in Bali as telephone charges on overseas roaming can be costly for cell phone users. The prepaid card can be useful to contact hired driver or tour providers if you are planning to travel around. I was reading about cell phone reviews and was told that they are quite expensive in Indonesia too. As a result of that, my good friend is asking me to bring a cell phone gift to a friend who lives in Ubud.

I’ve never stayed in a villa and though we didn’t get to book the best accommodation deals for Bali, I believe it will be a wonderful experience for our family. Till then, now it’s time to plan for our itinerary and decide how are we going to maximize our time in Bail 🙂 Traveling to Bali, Search Your Hotels online.

Best Accommodation Deals in Hong Kong 0

Posted on August 10, 2010 by dorisch

After searching for some time on cheap accommodation rates to Hong Kong, I have narrowed down to a few choices.

Actually Hong Kong accommodation aren’t cheap to begin with. Most of the hotel rooms are small and if they are cheap, you better be in for a surprise! In fact, some of the five star hotels charge a high price for a small room and this is especially if they are located near a mall or train line. But after much comparison, I have settled down for The Mira in Tsimshatsui for my family. I’m one of those who is concerned about home ventilation so I prefer to have a spacious room and living area. I was glad to get the best accommodation deals for the small suite due to a current promotional package.

So I’m set to visit Hong Kong again this summer end with my loved ones. I am so excited that I can have this wonderful opportunity.
