be financially wise 0

Posted on October 29, 2007 by dorisch

While in a travel forum the other day, I read the article of a seasoned traveler who has such a strong passion in traveling that he would apply for a cash advance loan just to fulfill his travel cravings. When I read this, it sounds disturbing and do not recommend that anyone apply for a loan just to satisfy his own personal indulgence.

What exactly is a payday loan, you may ask? A payday loan is a short term, low amount loan that is secured usually only until the upcoming payday of the borrower. These loans are normally secured with only a post dated check or electronic agreement for debit from a specified account on a specified day. These loans are normally from $100-$1000 and are normally easily obtained for anyone with a steady job and a checking account. These loans do not normally require a credit check, so they are more easily obtained by those with little or no credit.  These loans are meant for emergency purposes between paychecks when unforeseen medical bills appear or to avoid late fees on other payments or overdraft fees in your checking account. Payday loans can be a lifesaver, but they could also easily lead to financial demise. In short, do it for the right reasons.

california’s napa valley 0

napa_valley.jpg California is usually synonymous with beautiful beaches, beautiful people and the glitter and glitz surrounding the movie world, but there’s another side to this beautiful state, a gentler more natural side.  The Napa Valley is within easy driving distance of San Francisco and offers a tranquil alternative to the bustle of the city. One of the fun things to do in the Napa Valley is to take a ride on the Napa Valley Wine Train.  As one of the top train rides in the world, you’ll enjoy a relaxing journey in lovingly restored carriages all dated pre-1950.  Whether you enjoy a romantic evening meal in the dining car as you travel through the valley’s beautiful countryside, or you take the daily tour that allows a stop at two of the local vineyards, this is a local “attraction” that shouldn’t be missed.

some people travel through their noses 0

I know of a friend who is a real travel bug. He can't stay in one place for more than three months. So, he's always taking short trips every 2-3 months, traveling to all parts of Asia and will grab every special airfare promotion during festive season. But due to his heavy expenses accumulated in his vacations and personal indulgences, he is a big payday loan applicant. Some people tend to travel through their noses! For those of you who are not familiar with payday loans, it has been gaining popularity in the last few years. The online version of this cash advance loan has really skyrocketed, both in number of loans and the dollar amount borrowed in the last few years. Online payday loans are short term loans that are secured only with a post dated check or written agreement for electronic debit from a specified account. These loans usually only last until the next payday of the borrower. Since these loans do not require a credit check, normally the only requirements for approval of a payday loan is a checking account and proof of a steady income. Personally, payday loans may be useful to those who need money urgently to tie them through that difficult period but in the case of my friend, I don't think it's a wise practice at all.

A look at the city of Belgium tells me that it is an enthralling nation with a dramatic past and a proud present as a center of the European Union. For Medieval romance, a look at some historic and intricately designed buildings, plus outstanding art museums and friendly vibrant people, head to Belgium for your honeymoon. belgium.jpg A honeymoon in Belgium will reveal to you a rich and historic country! This is made up of diverse art, architecture and cuisine waiting to be discovered. Belgium is a relatively small and modest nation by European standards. There are beautifully preserved medieval towns; world class museums and excellent cuisine await you on your Belgian honeymoon. Brussles, the Belgian capitol doubles as the capital of the European Union and therefore has a distinct cross-national feel. At its heart stands an ornate central square, framed by historic buildings and some fascinating museums. That show case art from ancient to modern times. Brussels also has superb array of restaurants and shopping opportunities. church_st_vith_3.jpg When it comes to discount hotels, one of the best sites to look up is hotelclub dot net. I have used it so many times for our family vacations and the booking process is always fast and reliable. You should do your homework and find out where you would like to base yourself before doing any reservations. A quick search at hotelclub will show you the hotel accommodations available in Belgium, whether you are thinking of Ieper hotels or Brussels hotels. Don't forget to sign up as a member and start earning your member dollars the minute you confirm a booking.

shopping online during holidays 0

A good friend of mine is planning to start an online store to cater to busy individuals who have no time to do their last minute festive shopping. Now that she has some good contacts on the merchandise and products, she has to think about getting an efficient shopping cart software for her online store. She found Ashop dot com and was impressed with the easy-to-use interface which allows her to design her shopping cart with ease. With all the features available to support her online store, she can add photos, description and design it in the theme she wanted. Shopping online during the holidays is quickly becoming one of the most popular options for shoppers. Although many shoppers still enjoy the hustle and bustle of doing their holiday shopping in traditional stores and may also enjoy the festive decorations festooning stores during the holiday season, many shoppers are glad to have the option to do at least part of their holiday shopping online. This is because there are a myriad of benefits to shopping online during the holiday season. Two of the most common benefits include the ability to do last minute shopping online and the convenience of avoiding overcrowded stores during the holiday season.

sightseeing in Tokyo 0

Stepping into the City of Lights which is Paris will immediately transport you into a world of romanticism. With all the antique buildings that were constructed in the great European periods as your panoramic milieu, you cannot help but fall madly and deeply more in love with your significant other. However, if you are talking about Tokyo sightseeing, your scenery is skyscraping buildings that are seemingly a repeat of the Tower of Babylon.  According to some people, Tokyo sightseeing is not really that fascinating as almost all that your eyes will land are tall buildings that mirror how commercially booming the metropolis is. . Tokyo sightseeing is still very much a pleasure especially for tourists who have never been to the hub of the land of the rising sun. You can ask from the many traveling companies such as Tokyo Access Guide and Japan Solo Guide to introduce you to the various scenes available. You can also join the bus rides that will take you to certain areas that will definitely tickle your interests of discovery. Ueno Park is situated in Shitamachi where you will be amused with the temples and pagodas. There is also a museum that features artworks from disparate cultures. You can also have the chance to visit one of the leading concert venues in the metropolis, Suntory Hall in Ark Hills. In the month of April, you will be captivated with the sprouting of the cherry blossoms for about a week. Hama Rikyu is a detached garden that is simply very attractive. You will have a grand experiencing the boat ride especially on a day where the sun is high up in the sky. There is the Zojoji Temple that was the former residence of the Tokugawas, one of the prominent figures in the country. Another site is the Tsukiji Honganji built in the twentieth century which was inspired by an Indian panache.

My friends call me shopping freak. I find it hard not to shop when I travel, unless I'm tucked away in an island without no retail stores. Most of the time, I enjoy browsing local stores with a difference, especially if they are specialized in handmade stuff. But with online shopping these days, you don't even need to travel to buy unique things. The internet has provided more shopping options for those who can't or who don't like to travel. pregnancyblanket.jpg babyblanket.jpg If you are looking for interesting sites to do your advanced Christmas shopping, check out this Photo Blanket site. What I like about it are the personalized photo blankets that are so meaningful and unique. You can customize the blanket to your liking. A friendship blanket for a bosom friend, a wedding photo blanket for the newly wed, baby blanket for your newborn or even a pregnancy blanket to record your motherhood journey. The options are limitless and it's all up to your creativity! These blankets are available in various sizes and are affordably priced. Shopping and Dining in Grand Cayman 0

Shopping, dining, and entertainment are some of the top things to do in Grand Cayman that most visitors just can’t do without.  Being a duty-free destination, The Cayman Islands offers its visitors some of the most remarkable shopping experiences with Grand Cayman’s George Town being the most attractive spot for shopping. In addition to the duty free shops, interesting and varied shopping can be found in the island, from remarkable local art to European fashion to collections of antique and treasure coin jewelry, shopping will be fascinating, exciting, and fun. A traveler who just did my lip augmentation in Chicago had so many raving reports about the shopping scene in the island! Dining in the island’s countless restaurants is a must.  A traveler should not miss exploring the island’s local cuisine and experience something different for the palate.  From the elegant fine dining restaurants to the budget fast food, every visitor will find food to suit their “taste”.

Have you been dreaming to step into a magical kingdom right in the heart of Asia? The continent is profusely blessed with varied cultures that boast of its own characteristics. At present, you can catch more than a glimpse of an American flair by joining the Tokyo Disneyland vacation. The getaway is not only for you to have the time of your life but also for the rest of your loved ones to experience the grandest. Before going straight to your Tokyo Disneyland vacation, it is wise for you to obtain some factual information. The famous theme park opened its doors to the public in the land of the rising sun on April 15, 1983. This lively tourist destination in Japan is the third construction after the ones in California and Florida. The present address is situated on a land entirely owned by The Oriental Land Company which they considered huge enough to house the world- renowned attraction. If you are thinking about the weather that might spoil your Tokyo Disneyland vacation, you do not have to worry because the famous theme park is covered with a glass roof. Well, not the whole area, of course because there are also special divisions that need to be in an al fresco setting. The designers had the plan intentional due to the unpredictable climate in the metropolis. So, even if the day is raining cats and dogs outside, the heavy downpour will not be a reason for you to postpone your excursion. One of the most exciting parts of a Tokyo Disneyland vacation, according to an Orlando cosmetic surgeon, are the several off roads that cannot be entered through a main hub but through a chain of pathways leading to the Main Street. Another interesting facet about this famous theme park is that this is the first ever built outside the territories of the United States. Since, the lively tourist destination is in the land of the rising sun, audio animatronics have been applied in dealing with the history of Japan. With your Tokyo Disneyland vacation, you will be among the ten million people who regularly visit in an annual basis. There are three standard crowd drawers namely Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and Star Tours. All of those rides mentioned were already integrated into the world- renowned attraction since the time of launching. ski vacations on a budget 0

Posted on October 21, 2007 by dorisch
ski_hill.jpg My friend, Jenny is planning on a ski vacation after getting her rhinoplasty procedure done with the best plastic surgeon in Toronto. She is going on a budget ski vacation since she has spent much on her nose job. When you start thinking about ski vacations, you will find a lot of information about various resorts and packages. Finding terrific vacation spots isn't difficult, however, finding ski vacations that fit into your budget can be a challenge. To save money, look for lesser known resorts. This doesn't mean that these resorts won't provide you with a fun vacation ñ it simply means that they aren't quite as well known as other resorts, and therefore, the prices may be a great cheaper. Also look for ski vacation packages that will include your lodging, lift tickets, lessons, rentals, and possibly even some meals. Be willing to make some sacrifices if money is a real issue. For instance, instead of eating in an expensive restaurant each night, eat cheaper fast food, or make sandwiches in your room. Borrow equipment from friends instead of renting it. Join a group for lessons instead of taking private lessons. Donít stay at a lodge, stay at a motel farther away from the slopes if necessary. There are numerous ways that you can cut down on the expense of your ski trip. It is all about the powder after all!
